Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our team as a Head, Networks. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and operation of our network infrastructure. This includes designing and implementing network solutions, troubleshooting network issues, and ensuring the overall stability and security of our network.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of network engineers
- Plan, design, and implement network infrastructure projects
- Monitor network performance and address any issues or bottlenecks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network requirements are met
- Develop and implement network security protocols and policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in network design, implementation, and management
- In-depth knowledge of network protocols, technologies, and security
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
