Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to join our team as the Head Legal. As the Head Legal, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all legal aspects of our organization.
You will be required to provide legal advice and guidance to senior management, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, negotiating agreements, and resolving legal disputes.
As the Head Legal, you will also collaborate with external legal counsel, government agencies, and other stakeholders to represent the company’s interests. Furthermore, you will stay updated with changes in legislation and keep the organization informed about potential legal risks.
