Job Description
Establishing System Performance Metrics
The Head of Information Technology will be responsible for establishing metrics for system performance and making data-driven decisions to inform the operation’s roadmap. This will involve analyzing data insights and using them to drive improvements and enhancements to the company’s IT systems.
Strategic IT Planning
In this role, you will define and implement a strategic IT plan that links business goals to IT goals. This includes developing strategies to align technology initiatives with the overall organizational design and process enhancement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be crucial to ensure effective integration of tech strategies.
Infrastructure Design and Management
You will be responsible for designing and managing the infrastructure on which the company’s applications ride on. This includes acquiring and maintaining technology infrastructure to ensure smooth operations of the IT systems.
Risk Management
As the Head of Information Technology, you will be expected to anticipate technological risks and develop plans/initiatives to mitigate them. This will involve operationalizing the IT response to mitigate operational risks, as well as assessing and managing IT risks proactively.
IT Continuity Framework
You will play a key role in developing an IT continuity framework to ensure the continuation of services. This includes creating strategies and measures to guarantee seamless IT operations and minimize disruptions.
