Job Description
As the Head of Information Technology, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our company’s technology infrastructure. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that our systems and networks are secure, efficient, and reliable.
You will lead a team of IT professionals and work closely with other departments to identify their technology needs and develop innovative solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and data protection.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the IT department, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
- Identify the company’s technology needs and recommend suitable upgrades or improvements.
- Ensure the security of systems, networks, and data.
- Oversee the budgeting and procurement of IT equipment and software.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
