Job Description
As the Head Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and leading the HR function of our organization. Your responsibilities will revolve around strategizing and executing various HR initiatives to support our business goals and objectives.
You will be responsible for partnering with senior leaders and executives to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall organizational strategy. This includes identifying talent gaps, attracting and retaining top-quality talent, and implementing effective talent development programs.
In addition, you will oversee the performance management process, ensuring that performance evaluations are conducted and feedback is provided to employees regularly. You will also be responsible for promoting a positive work culture and ensuring compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
As the ideal candidate, you should have a strong background in HR management, with proven experience in leading and managing a team. You should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as building relationships with stakeholders is key to the success of this role.
