Job Description
Talent Pool Resources Network is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Head, Human Resources and Admin in the health sector.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Handle payroll preparation and management.
- Oversee performance management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards for human resources.
Qualifications and Experience:
- B.Sc in Business Admin, Human Resources, or related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a hospital environment as an HR Admin.
- Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Immediate availability.
- Membership in a human resources professional body is a plus.
Salary: N250,00 per month.
