Crystal Shield Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Confectionary to lead our pastry and dessert operations. The successful candidate will have a passion for creating exquisite pastries and desserts, focusing on modern cake decoration techniques.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily production of pastries, cakes, and desserts.
• Leading and training a team of skilled pastry chefs.
• Developing innovative dessert menus.
• Ensuring quality control and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Head Pastry Chef or similar.
• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques.
• Excellent leadership skills and a creative flair.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦100,00.00 – ₦120,00.00 per month
