Job Description
Job Summary: Our client, WAVE, seeks an experienced Head Chef for our Ikoyi, Lagos team. Must excel at creating nutritious meals, catering to various dietary needs. Manage kitchen operations for top-quality service.
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Salary: ₦150,00.00 – ₦200,00.00 per month
Responsibilities:
- Plan child-friendly, nutritious menus
- Ensure top-quality food preparation
- Accommodate dietary restrictions
- Supervise and train kitchen staff
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness
- Collaborate for excellent service
Requirements:
- Proven Head Chef experience
- Strong culinary knowledge and leadership skills
- Passion for creating healthy children’s meals
- Attention to detail and food safety certification
