Job Description
We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen staff and ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Create and maintain standardized recipes and ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
- Control food costs and assist in developing profitable menu items.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop new menu ideas and seasonal specials.
We are looking for someone who has a proven track record as a Head Chef in a high-volume restaurant. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent culinary knowledge.
