Job Description
Ascentech Services Ltd is in search of a skilled Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations in Lekki Phase 1. The Head Chef will play a crucial role in designing innovative and high-quality menus, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
Key responsibilities include food preparation, inventory management, training kitchen staff, and collaborating with the front-of-house team to deliver an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in a similar position, exhibit strong leadership capabilities, and have a genuine passion for culinary artistry.
A culinary degree or relevant certifications are highly desirable.
