Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and result-oriented individual to join our company as the Head of Business Development. In this role, you will be responsible for driving our company’s growth and expansion strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development plan to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and investors.
- Lead and manage a team of business development professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of business initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
