Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the salon, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
- Train and develop salon staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
- Ensure that the salon is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
- Manage stock levels and order supplies as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives.
Skills:
- Strong administrative skills to effectively manage salon operations.
- Proven experience in store management, including inventory control and stock management.
- Sales management skills to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Excellent organizational skills to ensure smooth operations and efficient scheduling.
- Proficiency in math and retail math for inventory management and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of retail management principles and practices.
- Experience in training and development of salon staff.
