Job Description:
We are currently seeking skilled and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Hair Rodders. As a Hair Rodder, you will play a crucial role in the early stages of our production process by expertly rolling and setting hair strands around different sizes of rods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Roll and set hair strands around rods to achieve specified textures and styles.
- Ensure precision and consistency in rodding techniques.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet quality standards and production goals.
- Inspect and identify any irregularities or defects in the hair strands during the rodding process.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to safety and quality control guidelines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hair rodding or a similar role within the hair industry is an added advantage.
- Attention to detail and precision in handling delicate materials.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving production processes.
