Job Description
Clerview Business Solutions Ltd is seeking a dedicated Guest Support & Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team in Lagos. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our guests from booking to check-out, ultimately fostering customer loyalty through outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Send booking confirmations and stay guides via email and WhatsApp.
- Manage client data and onboarding processes.
- Promptly resolve reported issues to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to maintain high standards.
- Create and manage engaging social media content to drive brand visibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer support or social media management.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
