Job Description
We seek a courteous and professional Guest Services Executive to join our Abuja team. You will welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, and provide accurate local information to ensure outstanding guest experiences.
- Handle inquiries, payments, and reservation management.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance and resolve guest concerns professionally.
- Maintain clear records and use basic computer systems efficiently.
Requirements: minimum one year of customer service experience, excellent English communication, strong problem-solving skills, basic computer proficiency; hospitality experience preferred.
