Job Description
A Guest Services Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the overall satisfaction of guests. The primary duties of this role include greeting and welcoming guests, assisting with check-in and check-out processes, handling guest inquiries and complaints, making reservations, and coordinating guest services with other departments.
Key requirements for this position include strong communication and interpersonal skills, an outgoing personality, the ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy, and a customer-focused approach. Attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and problem-solving skills are also essential.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
