Job Description
Grand Maridos Hotel, Ibadan’s leading guest-centric hotel, is excited to announce an opening for the position of Guest Service Agent. Our establishment offers a luxurious experience featuring over 40 elegantly designed rooms, a state-of-the-art conference hall, a delightful restaurant, and a modern fitness center.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, assisting them with check-ins, addressing inquiries, and resolving any concerns. You will also facilitate payments, provide recommendations for local attractions, and maintain a pristine and welcoming lobby ambiance. Coordination of guest transportation will also be part of your responsibilities.
Salary: N50,00 – N100,00 Monthly.
