BKT Cribs combines modern serviced apartments with the personalized service of a boutique hotel. We are seeking a professional, guest-focused Front Office Agent to serve as the primary point of contact, delivering warm, efficient check-ins/outs and attentive guest service.

• Manage reservations, front desk operations, payments, and PMS entries with accuracy and integrity.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints with empathy; coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure readiness and safety.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organization, and flexibility for varied shifts required; hospitality experience or training preferred.
