Job Description
We are seeking a Guest Relationship Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences at our hotel. You will oversee guest services, handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure consistent satisfaction.
- Responsibilities: welcome and register guests, personalize stays, manage VIP requests, maintain guest feedback systems, and train front-desk staff.
- Qualifications: minimum three years’ experience in hospitality, strong communication and problem-solving skills, fluency in English, a customer-focused attitude, and availability to work flexible hours.
