Job Description
We are currently looking for a dynamic and friendly individual to join our team as a Guest Relations Host. As a Guest Relations Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.
Your main tasks will include greeting guests, handling inquiries, and providing information about our facilities and services. You will also assist with reservations, check-ins, and departures. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred, but not essential. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and fluency in English is a must. Additional language skills are a plus.
