Job Description
Heineken International B.V. is seeking a dedicated Guest House HQ Officer to ensure the smooth operations of our guest house. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage reservations, coordinate housekeeping and maintenance staff, and promptly address guest inquiries.
Key responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing reservations, maintaining cleanliness standards, handling financial transactions, and ensuring health and safety compliance.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, experience in hospitality, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in management software.
