Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Growth Marketing Specialist to spearhead our multi-channel growth initiatives across Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Uganda, and South Africa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance user engagement, managing campaigns, and optimizing user acquisition funnels. You will collaborate closely with the Business Development team to tailor messaging that resonates with local audiences, track key performance indicators, and manage community engagement on platforms including Telegram, Twitter, WhatsApp, and Discord. Additionally, you will generate performance reports and coordinate the creation of educational content.
