Job Description

Salary: ₦250,00 – ₦300,00 NET (HMO, Leave Allowance, Pension)
Job Overview: The Growth Manager will drive sales by onboarding a diverse group of realtors to sell company properties. Candidates should be familiar with the real estate industry and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities: Develop sales strategies, manage realtor network, lead sales initiatives, and build strong relationships with realtors.
Qualifications: 3-5 years in sales or growth management, proven sales growth record, strong leadership skills.
