Job Description

Location: Jakande, Lagos
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (Onsite)
Salary: ₦250,00 – ₦300,00 NET (HMO, Leave Allowance, Pension)
Overview: The Growth Manager will drive sales by onboarding a diverse group of realtors to sell company properties. Candidates should have a background in real estate, excellent communication skills, and the ability to persuade and retain realtors.
- Develop and execute sales strategies.
- Build a network of realtors.
- Lead sales initiatives for growth.
- Communicate effectively to nurture relationships.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in sales or growth management (real estate preferred).
- Proven sales growth track record.
- Strong leadership skills.
