Job Summary:
The Growth Manager at Broadshift Technologies Limited spearheads product marketing initiatives and data-driven strategies aimed at enhancing revenue, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This position emphasizes improving conversion rates across various channels.
Responsibilities:
– Propel user acquisition through digital advertising, SEO, email marketing campaigns, and strategic partnerships.
– Analyze customer funnels to uncover growth opportunities.
– Collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and sales teams.
– Conduct A/B testing to strengthen customer retention.
– Optimize marketing channels and generate comprehensive growth reports.
Desired Skills:
Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with tools such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
