Job Description
As a Group Life Claims Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient processing and settlement of group life insurance claims within the company. This role involves managing a team of claims specialists, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations, and providing exceptional customer service to policyholders.
You will be required to review and approve claims, investigate claim discrepancies, collaborate with internal departments, and handle complex claim cases. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential for success in this position.
- Lead and mentor a team of claims professionals
