Job Description
Zylus Group is seeking a full-time Group Chief Operating Officer to drive the implementation of strategy across our Real Estate, Financial Services, and Support Services subsidiaries. The role will establish and monitor group-wide KPIs and dashboards; strengthen governance and regulatory compliance across regulated entities; lead operational risk management, process and cost optimization; and oversee project delivery, service quality, and systems integration.
