Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Food Science, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a similar position within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sector.
- Comprehensive knowledge of grill operations, coupled with proven leadership skills.
- Exceptional communication skills and a strong analytical approach.
