Job Description

We are seeking a creative and organized individual to design captivating graphics and deliver exceptional customer service. In this role, you will address customer inquiries via email and WhatsApp, while also creating eye-catching visuals for our marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities: Respond professionally to customer inquiries, provide detailed product information, maintain customer records, and design graphics for social media and campaigns, ensuring brand consistency throughout.
Requirements: Candidates should possess experience in customer service, proficiency in CorelDRAW, Canva, or Adobe Photoshop, strong written English skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen eye for design.
