Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Grants and Contracts Coordinator to oversee pre- and post-award activities within our academic/nonprofit setting. The coordinator will ensure compliance with federal and private funding rules, prepare and monitor budgets, support contract negotiations, process invoices and reimbursements, and assist with proposal preparation and reporting.
- Minimum 2+ years’ grants administration experience
- Advanced Excel proficiency and knowledge of funding regulations
- Excellent communication, organization, and deadline management
