Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment efforts by posting job advertisements and coordinating interview schedules.
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
- Offer administrative assistance to the HR department.
- Address employee inquiries and maintain accurate employee records.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc or HND in Human Resources or a related field.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
