Job Description
Agl Construction is currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Graduate Trainees. This position is part of the Safaricom Graduate Management Program, an 18-month program designed to develop individuals’ skills and competencies in the construction industry.
As a Graduate Trainee, your responsibilities will include:
- Participating as an active member in the Safaricom Graduate Management Program
- Taking responsibility for and committing to continuous self-development throughout the program
- Observing all Safaricom policies, procedures, and demonstrating Safaricom Way behaviors and values
- Adapting to different working environments and team cultures
- Making sound judgments and effective, timely decisions
- Being positive and courageous and seeking opportunities to learn and develop
- Inspiring and influencing others
- Working with your coach to maintain a performance rating of meet and exceed set expectations
This is a full-time position with a salary range of ₦100,00.00 – ₦120,00.00 per month. Applicants must be able to commute to Lagos, and relocation to Lagos before starting work is required.
