Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Graduate Intern to join our team at Belle Bloom Concept. Responsibilities include:
- Updating our internal databases with new employee information.
- Gathering payroll data such as leaves, working hours, and bank account details.
- Screening resumes and application forms.
- Scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates.
- Managing job ads on various platforms.
- Preparing HR-related reports as needed.
- Addressing employee queries about benefits.
- Distributing company policies in both digital and hard copy formats.
- Assisting in organizing company events and career days.
