Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Automation Specialist to design, implement, and maintain automated workflows across GoHighLevel and SuiteDash. You will develop client onboarding funnels, configure CRM systems, map data flows, create custom forms and triggers, and integrate third-party apps via APIs or Zapier. The role includes campaign optimization, troubleshooting, and documenting processes while collaborating with marketing, operations, and cross-functional teams.
- Required: demonstrated experience with GoHighLevel and SuiteDash, strong automation logic, basic scripting/API knowledge, attention to detail, and clear communication.
- Preferred: CRM data migration experience and security best practices.
