Location: Abuja
Position: German Language Lecturer (Part-Time/Full-Time)
Responsibilities:
- Teach German language courses across beginner to advanced levels (A1 to B2, and possibly C1).
- Deliver physical and/or online classes as scheduled.
- Prepare lesson plans in line with the school’s curriculum and customize where necessary.
- Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback on student progress.
- Manage a WhatsApp community group for your class to enhance communication and engagement.
- Support students preparing for Goethe/TELC exams.
- Maintain professional classroom conduct and uphold academic integrity.
- Occasionally assist with private home classes (extra pay provided).
Requirements:
- Minimum B1 or B2 certification in the German Language.
- Previous teaching experience is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Goethe/TELC exam structures.
- Excellent communication skills and passion for teaching.
- Punctuality, reliability, and professionalism are non-negotiable.
- Ability to work with both in-person and online learners (Google Meet platform experience is a plus).
