Job Description
Purpose: We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Operational Specialist in our Tailings Division. Your key role will be to ensure the timely achievement of all operational targets while maintaining quality standards as outlined in our contractual obligations.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with your Supervisor to meet operational goals.
- Conduct daily inspections in your assigned area.
- Manage tailings materials and operate valves as required.
- Monitor and maintain the integrity of the tailings dam.
- Adhere to safety regulations and ensure effective housekeeping.
Qualifications: A minimum of a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent, coupled with at least one year of experience in mining or construction.
Skills: Strong communication, planning, teamwork, and listening skills are essential.
