Job Description
We are seeking experienced candidates for the position of General Supervisor at Marathon Suites.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hotel operations.
- Supervise front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety regulations.
- Train and develop staff for service excellence.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of hotel operations.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₦100,00.00 – ₦150,00.00/month
Location: Lekki | Expected Start Date: 02/10/2024
