Job Description
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations and strategic direction of their real estate company. The ideal candidate will lead and manage a team, drive business growth, and ensure the efficient functioning of all departments within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer service.
- Monitor financial performance, budget allocation, and cost control measures to optimize profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance the company’s reputation and market position.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of department heads, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities and formulate business development strategies.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards in the real estate industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a managerial role within the real estate sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward achieving company goals.
- Excellent business acumen, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.

Salary:
N500,00 – N600,00 / month.
