Job Description
Resource Intermediaries Limited (RIL), a leading HR Outsourcing and Consulting firm, is seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of General Manager. This position will focus on overseeing our agricultural and agro-allied investments, ensuring effective management of daily operations, leading department heads, managing finances, maintaining regulatory compliance, and promoting sustainable farming practices.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture (a Master’s Degree is preferred) and have a minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in commercial farming.
The salary for this full-time role, based in Ibadan, Oyo, ranges from N500,00 to N750,00 per month.
