Job Description
The Manhattan Group is on the lookout for a seasoned and sophisticated General Manager to oversee a prestigious five-star hotel situated in East Africa. This high-capacity property boasts over 180 rooms, five food and beverage venues, and extensive conference facilities, catering to over 350 guests daily.
Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 5 years of General Manager experience within a luxury hotel of 150 or more rooms, showcasing proficiency with international hotel brands and strong financial management skills. Experience in the Middle East is essential, while familiarity with the African market is advantageous.
