Job Description
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations. This includes leading and managing a team, developing and implementing business strategies, and ensuring the company’s financial and operational goals are met.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Develop and implement business plans and strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
