We are seeking a seasoned General Manager of Corporate Finance to lead financial strategy, capital planning, treasury, and M&A. You will oversee FP&A, risk management, regulatory compliance, and a team of finance professionals, while advising executive leadership on investments and capital structure.

• Qualifications: Degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA preferred); 10+ years in corporate finance with leadership and proven deal execution; strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills; CPA or CFA a plus.
• Responsibilities: Drive strategic financial planning, optimize capital and liquidity, manage treasury operations, and lead M&A transactions with operational excellence.
