Job Description

PricewaterhouseCoopers is on the lookout for an experienced professional to spearhead its business services division. This pivotal role requires providing strategic leadership in business development, human resources, and operational support, while ensuring alignment with our long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement business strategies, manage service level standards, drive talent development initiatives, maintain robust IT systems, and offer strategic market insights.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Human Resource Management, with a minimum of 13 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a managerial capacity. Candidates with a Master’s in Business Administration or MSc in Management are preferred.
