Job Description
We are looking for an accomplished General Manager to lead the operations at BON Hotels International West Africa. In this key role, you will ensure that our guests receive outstanding experiences while driving business growth through effective leadership and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for guiding hotel staff towards operational excellence, developing strategies for revenue enhancement, ensuring top-notch guest services, managing budgets and financial results, and enforcing hotel policies.
Requirements: Candidates must possess hospitality industry experience, strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, strategic problem-solving abilities, and financial management expertise.
Qualifications: A degree in Hospitality Management or a related discipline is preferred.
