Neville Records Limited is seeking an enthusiastic Game Attendant to become a vital part of our entertainment team. In this role, you will assist customers with gaming machines, uphold cleanliness, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers with their gaming experience.
- Explain game rules and resolve any technical issues.
- Ensure a clean and safe gaming environment.
- Support gaming events and report any malfunctions.
- Accurately record all sales transactions.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Capability to thrive in a loud and busy setting.
