Job Description
ZTE Devices is currently looking for qualified candidates for the role of FTTH Design Manager in Lagos. This full-time position is essential for overseeing the design process of our fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish design principles and standardized templates.
- Manage design delivery timelines and track progress.
- Coordinate and organize the design team’s efforts.
- Facilitate effective communication between clients and project teams.
- Review design documentation and provide guidance to subcontractors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
