Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused Front Desk Officer to manage guest arrivals and departures for shortlet apartments. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, handling check-ins/outs, responding to inquiries and complaints, coordinating housekeeping, maintaining accurate records, and promoting units to your client network.

• Qualifications: HND or BSc; hospitality or front desk experience
• Must have an existing client base, strong sales and communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and a professional appearance
• Full-time role with flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Salary: ₦100,00–₦150,00 per month
