Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Front Desk/Telemarketing Executive to become a vital part of our team. As the initial point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service and support.
Your key responsibilities will include managing incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, and addressing client inquiries. Additionally, you will conduct telemarketing efforts to promote our services and generate new business leads.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and proficiency in basic computer applications. Experience in front desk operations or telemarketing is preferred.
