We are seeking a professional Front Desk Staff member to create a welcoming first impression, manage incoming calls, coordinate appointments, perform routine administrative tasks, and maintain an orderly reception area. The successful candidate will communicate clearly, provide excellent customer service, and work effectively in a fast-paced front-line role.

• Requirements: high school diploma, strong communication and customer-service skills, basic computer literacy (email, scheduling software), punctuality, and organization.
• Preferred: prior reception or hospitality experience.
