Job Description
We are looking for a smart and friendly receptionist to join our team at Tirta Ayu Spa. You will represent our spa by being the face and voice that greets clients upon their visit or phone call and will be responsible for the first impression we make. The ideal candidate should have a warm, friendly personality while also being perceptive and disciplined.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for greeting clients, answering telephones, and responding to inquiries.
- Take bookings, schedule appointments, and check-in spa clients.
- Address customer questions, complaints, cashier transactions, and promote services.
- Handle booking cancellations, manage time efficiently, and maintain the spa’s lobby area.
- Perform some clerical duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- University Degree.
- Proven customer service experience.
- Proficient in English, MS Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure with strong communication and people skills.
- Familiarity with spa etiquette, emotionally intelligent, good organizational skills.
Salary: N80,00 – N100,00 Monthly.
